Tracy invited Rachel Erickson, who is a hospice chaplain with Alleo Health, to discuss how she helps patients and families spiritually and emotionally through one of the toughest times of their lives. Erickson shared that she has been asked how she does what she does because assisting hurting families is not easy. Remembering that she is not the patient or loved one in this difficult situation helps her stay focused.
