The world of finance lives in the future.  All financial assets are valued based on their potential to realise future cashflows.  The more certain those cashflows are, the better.  On the flip side, uncertainty reigns terror on this arrangement leading to financial crashes.  The role of uncertainty covers much of societies perception of risk, which is also a discussion around potential events.  The uncertainty of legal liability for companies to send their staff back to work is holding back the decision-makers.  This atomisation of staff presents a risk that we need to recognise and find a way of measuring it.  Before it is too late.
