What if this is not the year of New Normal?  What if this is the year of recovery?  What does recovery look like for you?

Our metaphorical houses have been blown down. Our cities are underwater and our souls are tired.  Everything we knew to be true came to a grinding halt. We have to acknowledge there is much to be done before we will live in normal again.  This is true for every crisis in your life.  The final stage of crisis response is Recovery.  Friend, it is time to recover.
