Listen Later

Katelyn Beaty joins me to talk about themes from her new book about women and work, A Woman's Place: A Christian Vision for Your Calling in the Office, the Home and the World, and many other topics including:

  • a biblical vision for women's work in the world

  • the "Mommy Wars"

  • privilege and vocation

  • how (what tend to be) distinctly female ways of leadership can bring healing to a divided world

  • why the phenomena of unaccountable, charismatic speakers as lead pastors needs to be replaced

  • what she thinks about feminine pronouns for God
