Thanks for being here. Within 24 hours, my relationship with Riley (my fern) came up in conversation three different times. So, I might as well tell you too… We’ve gone through a lot between toxicity, control, smothering, distance, silence, brokenness, new environments, and most recently realizing how she thrives when I take care of my mental health😊 My therapist was excited!
