Happy New Moon and Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius! This week's Moon is in Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces. I largely focus on the energy of the Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius. I offer reflections on how you can harness this powerful time to release the past karma in order to learn lessons and move forward through forgiveness, gratitude and faith. I share my experience of embodied learning to embrace multiple perspectives without compromising the personal core values. I offer the rhythmic flow of the week according to the vibrational frequencies of yin yang in balance. The week begins with the the yang/Theta frequency then quickly moves to the yin/Alpha frequency then shifts into the yang/Beta frequency and ends in the yin/Alpha frequency. I emphasize the important of the purge or release work this week to prepare yourself for the new Element the Earth is moving into alignment with on the Winter Solstice next Moon day.
