And after last week's podcast and the response that I got, holy cow, it sounds like there are a lot of you out there who are wanting to speak your mind, to use your voice and really be you and who you truly are. Even last night, I got a phone call from a friend of mine who is a business owner, and she was like, Oh my gosh, everything that I wanted to say for so long. And I'm always afraid to put it out there, and we need to stop that.

We need to own who we are, we need to speak our truth. If you don't know where somebody is coming from, if you don't know what their thought process is or what they stand for, if they even stand for anything. You don't know what their strength is, you don't know what kind of a person they are... You don't know if you can trust them, right?
