33. Pushing Past The Barriers

There comes a point when meditating that things start to get a little uncomfortable. Your body starts to become agitated and that voice in the back of your head says it's time to give up. It's at that point that you need to buckle down, hold and tight and go deeper than you ever have before. Meditation is about the mind/body connection. When things get tough it's become you are close to a break through.

In this episode I explain the importance around breaking past this barrier so you can strengthen your mind/body connection.
