This week I visit with my good friend Garret Kroon. Garret is a licensed counselor focusing on family and couple therapy. He specializes in anxiety and trauma working with men and young men who have experienced emotional or physical trauma. We discuss what he terms “The Father Wound”; a wound in our heart in the shape of our father.
