My guest on this weeks HER Conversations is Melissa 'Missy' Hall. Missy's early life experience included emotional and domestic abuse, depression, suicidal thoughts and physical illness. After bravely and candidly sharing first through her private Facebook group, Moments With Missy, it became clear that giving her pain a voice was not only healing to herself but to others.

She is now the author of a book, Ms Missy Speaks, a speaker and a leader guiding and coaching women through their pain.
