Confidence is one of those traits that plays directly into your approach to life. Where does your gaze go when walking down the street? Straight ahead, looking for challenges, meeting life head-on? Or down at your feet, beaten and broken? Or at your phone, disengaged and out of touch with the real world?
Many times in life I've suffered from a crisis of self-confidence. I've times of depression and anxiety in my life, and times when I've failed and fallen short.
