Just some thoughts on what aspects of our business we enjoy the most, and are our natural strengths. We have been contemplating the idea of wether it’s worthwhile honing in on those aspects of our business and seeking ways to reduce or possibly even outsource the other aspects that we aren’t so strong in and/or have less interest in. Or do we just find better people for those positions.
Very interesting thoughts about selling products on commission basis for other businesses, where we take on all the marketing, lead generation and sales, and get paid per sale, and have the other company’s handling the operations, cash flops of stock, customer service and all liabilities. This all spurred up when we discovered that there were smaller companies that were selling entire systems, concluding all installation, liability, customer service and such for up to $700 cheaper than our cost of stock and install was. It’s certainly got us thinking! And then being able to plug other products into that sales team to sell sideways into other industries, like roofing, pest control, and such.
