Paton grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and started his career in banking, before spending more than a decade helping run four entrepreneurial companies. Today, in his capacity at EOS, he has run over 1,000 sessions working with leaders of more than 100 companies, globally. He shares his experiences with EOS as a holistic interdependent system for running an entrepreneurial company, and how it relates to growing companies.
