About Talk: Mark 10:46-52. People are really searching for connection and meaning (Mitski’s music video of Nobody). The darkness of isolation and existential crises is lifted with the healing Jesus provides. The ability to see ourselves, others and the world the way God sees us is the result of God’s mercy and miraculous healing. When we ask for what we need, Jesus will help us to see clearly—often through our cooperation in the Body of Christ. Instead of staying where we are by the side of the road, we get up and follow, moving with Jesus on a mission bigger than ourselves, into the heart of people’s need.
