Louis Schlesinger, PhD is a Professor of Forensic Psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice who served as a member of the New Jersey Senate Task Force that re-wrote Megan's law. He is also co-principal investigator in a joint research project with the FBI Behavioral Science Unit studying sexual and serial murder, rape and other extraordinary crimes.
