I have been meaning to find the words to explain boundaries in a way that's understandable and easy to practice. I shouldn't say easy, but comprehensible. When you know yourself and what you are trying to accomplish, you realize what is and is not in alignment with that. Boundaries aren't "don't treat me like that", it's for you to act in accordance with how people treat you. Welcome to another episode of Becoming Secure with Magsmindset!
