In 1995, Terry Driver was viciously assaulting young women in the lower mainland. But it wasn't until he murdered 16-year-old, Tanya Smith, that the entire town was living in fear because he announced that he was searching the streets for his next victim. The community lived in crippling fear of leaving their homes as the terrorizing lasted months, until the man was finally captured. This is the case of The Abbotsford Killer.
