I’m baaaaack. We’re jumping right back into things this week, without missing a beat. In 1988, Walter McMillian, was wrongfully convicted of murder and sentenced to death in Monroeville, Alabama. His trial lasted less than two days, and although the jury recommended life imprisonment - the judge overruled and sentenced him to death. From beginning to end of this “investigation”, there is NO evidence connecting Walter McMillian to the murder - the police simply wanted to write the narrative for a successful black man.
