This week we welcome Tom Sermanni.

From coaching the Matildas (3 times), the US women’s national team, the NZ Football Ferns, working in Japan, USA & Australia in professional club football, Tommy has absolutely been there, seen that, got the T-shirt to prove it.

He has also achieved great success over his 35+ years, such as winning the Asian Cup, reaching the quarter finals of the FIFA Women’s World Cup, twice, as well as winning the NSWL equivalent at the turn of the century.

Tom is a peoples coach, with such great character, care & experience, this episode shows developing coaches and athletes a real sense of what is required to make it to pinnacle of your chosen sports.
