Peppy has been studying farming for over 10 years. He is passionate about regenerative agriculture and restoring our natural systems. He previously worked at Jester King Brewery as their farmer, growing vegetables, fruits, spices, and herbs, while also raising their goats. He also worked for Regenified, a company offering regenerative certification for farms and supply chains, in the creation of building more resilient food systems.
