In the interest of keeping it real for women in business, in this episode Stace and I reveal how we can sometime experience overwhelm. Massively.   As high achievers we sometimes set unrealistic goals. Or, we can be overly optimistic in planning how long certain activities will take. Damn car registration!   So how do we deal with it? Sometimes we push on knowing that this is life as a small business owner. Sometimes we pause and take a swim in the ocean. Sometimes we meditate. And if we are feeling particularly mentally healthy, we change the conversation in our minds.    Feeling overwhelmed can be something that working parents, small business owners and generally just busy people can feel often. It's good to have a conversation about it and admit it both to ourselves and to others when we feel this way.
