It's been a very dark start for the sake of hockey in Minnesota but the Frost were determined to provide the much needed light especially as they had their first visit from the expansion sisters the Torrent & Goldeneyes

As much as this Democrat avoids politics we will throughout the show reference the cold blooded murders that ICE committed in Minneapolis and my heart and prayers go out to the victims loved ones

As this is the last episode before Milan I'll be joined by my fellow Purple Trio members Pluto & Lady to rundown all of the Frost players going to Italy and I will also share my plans throughout the games

We then round out the show with the points leaders taking a closer look at the standings as the first half of the season draws to a close
