After being given his miracles, Musa was told about his mission. He was to go to Fir’awn and his followers and invite them to surrender to Allah, accept Islam, and stop their persecution of Bani Isra’il. He asked Allah to make the matter easy for him, to be given the clarity of speech, and that his brother Harun be sent with him to aid him.
