ORIGINS II: RELATION
God said, “It’s not good for the Man to be alone; I’ll make him a helper, a companion.”
(Genesis 2: 18 MSG)
There's been loads of studies done recently about the importance of having deep and meaningful relationships.
Research has shown that the happiest of people are those who have a select few friends they can connect with on a deep level. People who invest in relationships are most often not only 'happiest' but they live longer...
Could this be why loneliness was addressed head-on by the Creator at the start of our origins story? We're not meant to do life on our own. We need one another. We need a sense of community to encourage and support us.
