How could things go South so quickly?  This guy was a well accomplished pilot, a Colonel and Master of Defense for the Canadian Military... until, he started stealing panties and putting on fashion shows for himself.  It all went downhill from there, how could a person so well thought of, holding such a high ranking position, become such a nefarious, perverse creep?
