We’ve just onboarded a new sales team member who is super hungry to develop his skills and make some money.
We are working on creating a proper sales training process, with videos, workbooks, notes, and detailed steps of onboarding process so that it can be replicated easily.
We’ve also hired a Customer Success Person who starts next week, and we’re very excited to see how they go.
Recruitment process has been a success so far but obviously need to wait a few months to see how the team pans out, but the strength of character and determination of growth and development is very strong.
Exciting to incorporate the competing elements back into the sales team again, and to see how the culture grows!
