A little girl with reddish-brown hair pulled into pigtails stood at the window overlooking the city of Edwardsville, Pennsylvania. She lived on what seemed like to a child, the highest floor of an apartment complex that rose at least one thousand stories. She clutched her stuffed bunny as her momma stood beside her, eyes wide and filled with dread as colossal orange flames tap-danced in her pupils.
