People sometimes treat us not the exact way we want to be treated, whether it's bc their personality rubs us the wrong way, or they're in a bad mood, or maybe they're frustrated and flat out rude. We then have a choice, stoop to their level and mirror how they treat us. Or set the tone and respond in kindness in spite of how they treat us.
