Canadian Kyle sits down with Alex Pernin, CEO of Star Royalties (TSXV:STRR). It is one of the newest royalty companies in the space and they are differentiating themselves in a couple ways. First, stream and royalty creation. It is rare to see a royalty company come out of the gate with deal creation. But their team is full of experience and are averse to risk.  
Second, they are targeting an asset no other royalty company is currently looking at. Carbon offset credits with carbon sequestration. This can be done in numerous ways but in their current portfolio the carbon sequestration is from reforestation projects.
