The current data of the market in Ontario shows we are close to a balanced market.
A balanced real estate market occurs when the supply of homes for sale closely matches the demand from buyers, creating a relatively stable environment for both buyers and sellers. In this market, neither buyers nor sellers have a significant advantage, and prices tend to be more stable.
However since we have not since a balanced market in years, this may be foreign to us.
