Marcus supports parents of preteens (10-14 y.o.) so they can show up and maintain a meaningful relationship with their child during these natural 'identity-breaking' years. He works with parents who value doing hard things and want to be present for their tween before it's too late to bridge the gap. He especially finds joy in supporting multicultural families; families who communicate across generational and cultural divides. That's because he also grew up in a diverse home, with a mom from the Philippines and a dad from the Bahamas ). Along with that, he's served internationally (in East Asia, Europe, South East Asia, Middle East, and South America) for over a decade and a half. Now he's on a mission to globally mend parent/child relationships through communication and the stories they share using 'The SHOW UP Framework'.
