Justin Kurzel is an Australian filmmaker who has specialized in making films that either adaptations (Macbeth) or based on true events (True History of the Kelly Gang). His latest film - Nitram - is no exception. Based on the Port Arthur Massacre that occurred in Tasmania in 1996, Nitram examines mental illness and gun culture and what happens when both are left untethered.
Lonnie Chavis is a teen actor most known for his lead role in The Water Man. He headlines the new film The Boy Behind The Door, a Shudder original that is a twist on typical horror storytelling devices.
Phil Gelatt & Morgan King come from the world of animation and feature films. Phil is most known for his work as a writer on the groundbreaking Netflix series Love, Death & Robots. Their new film is the visually stunning, adult animated horror-fantasy The Spine of Night, starring an excellent voice cast including Richard E. Grant, Lucy Lawless, Patton Oswalt, Joe Mangianello, and horror king Larry Fessenden. It is available now on Shudder.
