Roy Ross – Is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and a 20 year Army Veteran who's Soldiers affectionately call him "Colonel Keto" due to his open admiration for the Low-Carb Lifestyle. After falling out of shape and struggling to maintain military fitness standards, Roy now prides himself on being a model of physical fitness and helping others meet their fitness goals. Spending a lifetime developing the "Art of Leadership," Roy specializes in Balancing Empathy with Accountability, Building Primal Tribes, and Total Body Transformations.

Sandra Ross – Is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and perhaps the World's Greatest Army Wife. Once weighing over 300 pounds, Sandra has undergone an incredible transformation using a Low-Carb, Ketogenic approach. After years of battling a negative self-image, it is Sandra's mission to help others conquer the mental side of weight loss. Sandra believes that the key to success is supercharging your metabolism, and preparing your mind and body for the weight loss journey.
