She is the Managing Director of Grants and Awards at Leadership Education at Duke Divinity where she facilitates capacity building within traditionally marginalized and under-resourced institutions serving pastors and congregations. She is the author of Holy Friendships: Nurturing Relationships that Sustain Pastors and Leaders.
