Why would I want a picnic mindset?
A picnic is a meal taken outside as part of an excursion - to often enjoy the scenic surroundings. 
Are you taking life's moments as part of an excursion - are you enjoying it's scenic surroundings...or just taking it as it comes. 
Picnics are a way to inspire sense of mindfulness and to delight your inner child. When you picnic you intentionally:
 - Notice the food
 - Observe small details - the environment, your friends, the conversations. 
Sometimes do you feel like life is passing you, you are stuck in hunger and ambition mode and you stop to smell the roses? 
This week, let's stop and smell 'em.  And what better time to do it than Friday - National Picnic Day!
