To Dare is Human

Listen Later

Picture this: you're on a long drive through the desert to Yosemite National Park. You know the destination; you're excited for it. But the drive gets boring -- two, three hours pass, and it can seem like nothing's happened. It's just the same with our Dares. Sometimes we can be held back by the perception that our efforts are getting us nowhere, and that can lead to intervals of crippling inaction. In today's episode I stress why consistent output and effort is superior that operating in fits and starts using the analogy of a long drive.
