Sara has years of experience working with young people and families as a childcare provider, postpartum caregiver, martial arts instructor, church youth leader, parent and peer group facilitator. She now coaches high-school students getting ready to level up into full adult mode. She believes that life doesn’t need to be as serious as some people make it out to be, and her positive attitude helps to lighten the load of expectations, outdated belief systems, negative self-talk and other burdens that her clients carry.

In her own journey, Sara has learned that we each choose how we feel. She chose to apply this lesson into several aspects of her own life, which lead her to start her own business, earn her black belt in karate as a middle-aged mom, overcome her chronic struggle with seasonal depression, and more.
