Reading a book, Play Bigger about creating new categories and dominating markets. One thought floating around in my mind since I first read Russels Brunson’s take on the subject, was how can we create our own category and own market in the solar industry. What will seperate us, what’s new, how do we get outside of this box we have put ourselves in and start looking at our problems, or other peoples problems differently to be able to find unique ways to present solutions to them.
Also have just been mulling over the concept of brand building, and how good it feels to think about building a brand that people want to talk to their friends about. Examples with Shane and I’s personal trainer Rick Brennan, and how impressive his business, knowledge, work ethic and contacts are and how that shows in his demeanour, and with the people he works with.
