In this episode, I connect with my clients Vanessa & Adam Beard. They're a husband/wife TEAM working TOGETHER to navigate life and money. I’m honored to work with them through their financial journey.
Quick Bios
Vanessa Beard:
Recently became a full time entrepreneur as of Aug 30th 2021 as a virtual bookkeeper.
Worked for Penske Truck Leasing just shy of 10 years, mainly in a sales type role.
Have 2 boys, Austin is 5 and Zander is 3. They are the reason she started her business. To be able to spend more time with them and the inspiration of her company name, A2Z Just Add Numbers Bookkeeping.
Adam Beard:
Currently a full-time college student; will finish degree in Computer Information Systems Technology focusing on Software Development in December of 2021.
Former United States Navy Corpsman from October 10, 2006, to March 16, 2020. During his military career, deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Japan.
After transitioning out of the Navy, became a stay-at-home Dad due to the pandemic and wife (Vanessa) still working. Since then, been “Mr. Mom” and have been helping Vanessa take care of the house and kids until graduation.
After graduation, he will return to the corporate world and begin working.
Highlights:
- We deep dive into how they balance each other out, hold each other accountable, and HELP each other through it all.
- They share how talking about finances was the missing link in their relationship, and how they're overcoming it.
- Are you going through tough transitions, or having a hard time letting go of what’s no longer serving you?
