Spiced Kale Scramble

This spiced kale scramble is a tasty, nutritious and easy breakfast.

Turmeric is the star here, which will reduce inflammation and help eat Free Radical Cells!

This should take you 10 minutes to prepare! Enjoy!

Ingredients

Serves 1

2 organic eggs
1 cup chopped kale
2  tsp turmeric
1  tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
salt and pepper to taste

  1. Heat the Olive Oil in a skillet. In a separate bowl whisk eggs.
  2. Add chopped kale to the skillet and cook until slightly wilted. Then add whisked eggs.
  3. Add turmeric, garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook about 1 ½ - 2 min,    or until the eggs are not runny.

 

Option    1 Cup of Cut Cantaloupe as a side dish.     

(Add  54 Calories & 1.5g of Fiber!)
