The human journey through tragedy and challenge can often produce powerful results. In this case, two powerful results: Lacey Tisch and Lauren Zucker each have their own inspiring story-navigating addiction, physical challenges, trauma, grief, and medical PTSD, only to meet and collaborate, to turn their experiences into healing opportunities for others.

Together they created Sage & Sound, an oasis of wellness here in New York City, and their passion and energy towards building this beautiful experience for others to come together for healing, community (and yes, also some fun!) is an absolute delight.

Sage & Sound is a destination where the best healers, practitioners, and brands exist under a single roof, creating a type of community they had once searched for. They are excited to be helping people connect with themselves and others through a mind, body, and soul connection.
