Often times, we in the military, in any capacity but especially senior leadership (I'm sure the same applies for civilian upper management) find ourselves being asked for, or giving freely advice to our peers, juniors and co-workers.  Have you realized yet that your advice, isn't that great and sharing your experience on the matter, will be more helpful to the person?
