This week I've invited Nikki Knieriem from Mum Me Fit Time to talk about how to change the way you see fitness or weight loss goals from the perspective of a personal trainer.

Nikki does things a little differently from a lot of PT's in that she helps her clients from a holistic view and encourages them to get the basics of self-care right so that they can achieve their bigger goals.
