In this episode, I talk about Grind Culture. I get into what it is, why we do it and how we can get away from it. Throughout the episode, I reference the book I've been reading, "Rest is Resistance" by Tricia Hersey. I share how I've been impacted by grind culture, and how I'm over it. I discuss the importance of rest and share how I plan on living a lifestyle of rest and ease. Finally, I share some advice on how you all can start incorporating rest in your life and career.
