Colleen serves as the ED of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Sarasota and Manatee Counties where she is responsible for management of the affiliate along with its education, support, and advocacy programs.

NAMI Sarasota and Manatee is an affiliate of NAMI, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of American’s impacted by mental illness.

We offer free peer-and family-peer led support groups and education classes for the community. We also focus on helping people navigate the mental health system, steer them to resources that can be helpful, and advocate at all levels for policies that support strong mental health.
