Killing a high-ranking official gives the Crusaders a little breathing room during their siege of the Gray Garrison. As the group is given a few moments to breathe a sigh of relief and gather their wits, there seems to be a lot more to this old place than the simple barracks it might have seemed to be on the outside. Perhaps they will find the tools to bring this onslaught to a halt… or perhaps they have found little more than the tools of their own destruction.
