In this episode, I talked to Dr. Aaron Horschig from Squat University. He's a physical therapist, strength and conditioning coach, speaker, and writer. He actually just came out with the squat Bible which was released the day of this conversation. And he now works at booths, physical therapy, and sports performance in Kansas City, Missouri. His past patients have included professional football players from the NFL, CFL minor league baseball players, European professional basketball players, Olympic weightlifters, numerous NCAA division one and two athletes, international level youth soccer players, and CrossFit athletes, and numerous athletes in a variety of sports. So, his background includes being involved in the sport of Olympic weightlifting as an athlete and a coach for over the past decade.
