35. Top 3 Excuses Keeping you From your Passions ( + How to Move Forward!)
What's keeping you from your passions? Truly, think about it, what is keeping you from your passions that you CAN NOT control? I'll bet you most of what is keeping you from your passions is something you can control or something you can START to control: money, time, + confidence. Often we say we don't have "enough" of each; we don't have "enough" money, or "enough" time, yet somehow we make time to watch tv or we spend $100 dollars at Target--there IS an opportunity to have time + money for your passions if you allow. Often we don't realize that confident is a CHOICE + we've got to take the scary steps first in order to have a real shot of enjoying our biggest passions.
In this episode, I'm going to dig in to each area + why you need to stop making excuses + start diving into what's going to make you take steps toward a + happy + healthier life. I'm sharing personal experiences from my life + others, all of which stopped making excuses + took time to carve out time for the things that made them happiest.
