“I think entrepreneurs are incredibly multifaceted. I think there’s a lot of things that we're capable of learning and doing, but if we spend all of our time doing those things (even if we don’t like it or we’re not necessarily efficient at it) it prevents us from doing the things that do make a big impact. I’ve come to realize that if I am going to be behind my business, where I thrive is in the creative aspect of things. I tend to be the spark of stuff, and then I have this beautiful team that can follow through on it. Which is allowing then the business itself to start to grow and amplify and do more of its purpose – which is touching people and connecting people.”
