Does anyone else have really high expecations of themselves? In business and in life sometimes we can just set the bar too high. And this can then lead to dissappointment in ourselves. And that's just not fair.

In this episode Stacey talks about the expectations she has (perhaps unfairly) held of herself as a Small Business Owner / Mother-of-two who is pregnant with her third child.

She's trying to be kinder to herself by not placing ridiculous expectations on herself and what she can achieve.

Then Jane just gets on a 'Ricki Lake rant' about giving ourselves permission to have a break sometimes. Perhaps giving some much-needed advice to herself?
